Terms of Sale & Shipping

By using the services of www.atlas-co.ca (the Site), you agree to comply with these conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Regions served

Orders placed on the Site can only be delivered and invoiced to an address in Canada.


Free delivery

To benefit from free shipping, the order placed must:

  • be of the minimum order amount before taxes and after rebates
  • have a shipping address in Canada
  • be free of oversized and heavy products (see section below)

 

In-Store Pickup - FREE!

At any time you can place an order on www.atlas-co.ca and pick it up in store in Granby!

We will contact you when the order is ready. Bring a copy of the invoice for pickup for verification.

 

Shipping Fees

Additional fees may apply for large products (more than one cubic foot or 30cm cubic) or packages over 4.5kg (10 lbs). The Site can not be held responsible if some of these products have no identification in that regard in their description while making the order. In the event that additional shipping charges apply, an agent will contact you to confirm your order before proceeding.

The Site reserves the right to omit certain postal addresses at its discretion (e.g. post office boxes).

 

Delivery delay

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address from 2 to 15 business days. When applicable, an email will be sent to you to confirm the shipment and a tracking number to use on the carrier's website.


Return of goods in good condition

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return an item to www.atlas-co.ca if it is in its original condition (not unwrapped and in perfect condition). You will have to cover the shipping costs to return it to our distribution center. When the product is received and verified, a refund, excluding shipping costs of the original invoice, will be made. You can also get a full refund (including shipping costs) if the return is the result of an error on our part.

Beyond 30 days, you must contact a customer service representative (service@atlas-co.ca). A decision will be made, as the case may be, at the discretion of www.atlas-co.ca. In all cases, you must submit proof of purchase.

Return of faulty or damaged goods

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can exchange an item if it is damaged or defective. When the product is picked up, received and verified, www.atlas-co.ca will send you a copy of the product at no additional cost. If the exchange is not possible for reasons of product availability, a full refund will be made.

Beyond 30 days, you must contact a customer service representative (service@atlas-co.ca). A decision will be made, as the case may be, at the discretion of www.atlas-co.ca. In all cases, you must submit proof of purchase.

Reception

Any order delivered by atlas-co.ca requires a signature upon receipt of the parcel.

Price

Prices on the Site are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. The Site reserves the right to change the price of products offered without notice. These are subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges and any other product-specific charges (e.g. dangerous goods). Prices on the Site are not related to the store of the same name. Prices on the Site may differ from the brick and mortar store with the same name.  Some prices and promotions are only available online or in-store.

Business Account

Any order placed on a commercial account may contain different prices. A customer service representative will contact you if there is a difference in price.

Payment

Transactions are made through a transactional gateway (Credit Cards) or through the Paypal service.

 

Missing products

Although atlas-co.ca has a large inventory of products, unfortunately it can not guarantee their availability. If one or more products are out of stock, the Site will inform you and make the necessary adjustments to the invoice. The Site does not keep the products out of inventory and is in no way responsible for any damages you may have experienced as a result of this situation.

 
Exception

The Site reserves the right, without further notice, to refuse to do business with a customer and / or to set a quantity limit for any product of an order.

 

Stocks

The Site reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.
